Shipping Policy

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned for a FULL REFUND within 10 days of delivery OR receive an online store credit within 30 days of delivery.

USA

We ship all of our orders via USPS and orders will arrive between 5 and 7 business days after the ship date depending on the delivery address provided. Please note that the lead time on all orders will vary.

International/Rest of World

All orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive between 7 and 14 business days after the ship date, depending on the delivery address provided. In order to receive your package in the shortest amount of time, please use the same shipping and billing address if possible.

Return Policy

Gift items purchased on ARMCHARMSINC.COM between November 1st, 2016 and December 31st, 2016 can be returned or exchanged according to the above policy until January 31st, 2017, when an ARM CHARMS INC. gift receipt and/or original receipt and the UPC tag or appropriate UPC packaging are included with the return.

To return your order, please be sure to use the return label which is located on your Arm Charms Inc. packing slip. Please also fill out the form contained on the back of the packing slip or submit an email with the order number listing all details requested to expedite processing of your refund.
